Data Link Terminal Module Test Set
(DLTMTS)

DLTMTS was developed by Lewis Innovative Technologies
for the Prototype Integration Facility, RDECOM, Redstone
Arsenal, Alabama. The DLTMTS was designed to test all
communication interfaces on the Data Link Terminal Module.
These interfaces include multiple serial data formats. The
DLTMTS utilizes a time based processor design, which is an
LIT development with patent pending. This time based
processor executes text based test sequences composed of
communication actions. These actions may be input or
output of various signal types or clock measurements. The
time based processor is able to achieve a very deterministic
1ms resolution for test sequence execution. The DLTMTS
utilizes USB 2.0 communication to
a PC for the user interface. The
DLTMTS is fully field upgradeable
through this communication
channel
